So of course when I found myself in need of extensive work, this is the only place I trusted. Having grown up with American dentists, I have horrible memories and avoided them at all costs. While shopping for dentists here, I had the good fortune to connect with Cristina who works for Dr Urzola. She is initially the reason I chose Dr Urzola out of them all. I couldn't have made a better choice.

    Even before I arrived, Dr Urzola took the time to call me many times to go over what I needed and gave me sound advice as to what treatment plan was best. Dr Urzola goes above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied. The office is beautiful. I felt pampered.

I just finished my treatment at Dr. Urzola's office. I can genuinely share that Dr Urzola and his entire staff did an amazing job! When I first arrived at Dr Urzola's office five months ago, my mouth was full of deteriorated teeth. I had bad breath (due to the underlying infection that was going on in my mouth). I was very concerned that this chronic dental infection could potentially affect my heart and knew that time was of the essence to find a solution to my serious dental problem.

Having spent much time in Costa Rica, I was familiar with the best dental implant clinics in the country. I chose Dr Urzola as my first option due to a strong recommendation from a close friend who lives and works in Costa Rica.

When I first arrived in Dr Urzola's office, I found the facility impeccably clean and filled with the latest modern dental equipment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that both Dr Urzola and his staff are completely fluent in English. I decided right there and then to undergo a full evaluation and assessment.

Based on the panoramic digital radiographic study, it was clear that there was one part of my jaw that where the bone was not as thick as the rest. I was concerned as to whether or not I was going to need a bone graft before I could be a good candidate for dental implants. Based on Dr Urzola's professional opinion, he was able to adapt to my special circumstance via a surgical workaround which he performed. Thanks to Dr Urzola's expertise, I did not have to have additional bone grafted into my jaw! Thankfully, I was a candidate for full upper and lower implants. They made me an acceptable proposal, which was a good value; far more reasonable than the same service up in the States and very competitive within Costa Rica.

I proceeded with the removal and replacement of all of my teeth. The removal of my old teeth and preparation for my temporary provisional teeth was done on the first visit. I had my provisional teeth within a few days of the removal of my deteriorated teeth. All my friends said that I immediately looked terrific and many years younger.

1 had my permanent beautiful precision-crafted teeth within five months of my initial visit. They are absolutely gorgeous and, best of all, my brand new "pearly whites" gave me back my radiant smile!

I was treated by Dr Urzola and received full upper and lower implants. My experience from beginning to end was amazing. I required several extractions and also required some bone grafting so I had to have a few months for the bone grafts to fully heal before I was able to get my permanent implants. Several months after I received my permanent teeth I accidentally chipped my front teeth and required it to be repaired. This was completed in the office all in the same visit while I waited on my wife to receive two crowns which also turned out amazing.I cannot find words to describe the professional service from everyone on this staff that assisted me in this process a simple Thank You doesn't come close to expressing my sincere gratitude to the entire staff of professionals.

    Dr Urzola was very interested in helping me. There was no pressure at all. He explained to me what needed to be done and gave me the amount for the treatment. I had 2 cavities upfront in which he took care of that same visit right away. The charges were really cheap compare to what you pay here in the states. I will recommend him to my family and friends.     Dr. Urzola was great! He went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. The Clinic was awesome. The surgery went great just about painless and he stitched everything up for form and to reduce bleeding. He immediately got started on fitting the new teeth after surgery. They took another X-Ray afterwards, no bone fragments no infections just the posts and jawbones.After surgery care, they made sure that my recovery was smooth he even made sure I had aftercare products.

    I chose Urzola Dentistry because of Dr. Urzola's credentials and ADA certification.Initially, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the office and the cheerfulness of his staff. I recommend anyone who wants value for their money and competent care.

Dr Urzola is an excellent dentist who takes great care to listen to a patient and confer and advise them as to the best solution to their dental problems or opportunities. He supplies you with information about his procedures and the quality of his work. He carefully listened to my needs for a replacement of my broken 10 tooth bridge with a far superior 11 tooth bridge and with expanded coverage and optimal use of my existing implants

The work was completed on time and he was able to perform an additional reparation of a decayed tooth and replace the crown. I also knew I needed a nighttime bite protector necessary to help maintain the integrity of my teeth resulting from possible teeth grinding at night. All work was done with sufficient help from his assistants and his work environment is very up to date and modern as will his building very well monitoring and insisting on covid-19 regulations. The assistants as well himself were very friendly and he would freely offer solutions to further problems I might have.

1 highly recommend his services and his facility is very centrally located across from a huge stadium and convenient to very affordable accommodations and convenience stores for ongoing work.

He saved me thousands and didn't charge me when I had to go back because I broke one of my bridges. His work is excellent. He is never in a hurry and listens, really listens.

The entire staff treat you like you are their only patient. Everyone I dealt with Cristina, Adriana and everyone else were all trained professionals that cared about your comfort. The procedure I had was all-on-6 for my lowers and I will be returning for the same procedure for my upper teeth. Compared to US prices it is worth going to Costa Rica.
